My list in detail #4

Go horse riding on the beach

I've wanted to do this for as long as I can remember, this May I finally get to do it. A few of us from work are heading to Ogmore to ride along the beach there, I'm seriously excited already. I don't know what it is about riding on the beach that appeals to me, perhaps it's a mixture of my love of the sea as well as the large open area in which the horse can really go for it. The sea at Ogmore may not look like the photo here but that won't matter, I'll just be glad to finally tick something off my list.

Camp in Cornwall again

I went to Cornwall a few years back and loved it. My friends and I camped at a really great site just outside St Ives. For a week we enjoyed the beach, cooking on a stove outside and generally relaxing in wonderful Cornish weather. I doubt I'll ever go back with those friends (especially as one of them lives in Dubai now) but hopefully one day I'll get to go back. In the mean time I'm content to drool over gorgeous photos.

New Converse
Skinny jeans
Men with good hair
Tea

Living in Cardiff

I'm absolutely going to try and write an actual blog this week rather than just relying on these things to keep things ticking over, life is getting in the way but I'm happy with that to be honest.

Weekly round up

I've been slacking off on the blogging front recently, so these pictures aren't quite from one week.

Exercise classes have been taking their toll on my legs, radox baths are the way forward. 5. Broke my 6-7 month long wait to have a Wagamama, it was good. 6. Ceilidh outfit, it's weird not dancing in a dress. 7. Rocking the stripy dress for the Rhiwbina Handmade Market. 8. Bought this lovely necklace at the market, made by the Wiremaker. 9. My list in detail #3

A bit later than usual this week, life has been busy so blogging hasn't got a look in. This week I'm looking at a trip to London and getting a dog.

Spend the weekend in London, go to the ballet

I like London, but only in small doses. I spent a few years in my teenage years wanting to move there but after spending a long weekend in my early twenties those ideas went out of the window. I've never 'done' London in quite the way I'd like, there's still so much I want to see and do there. Rolling a weekend there in with a trip to the ballet (Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake if possible) would be a dream. Maybe for my birthday next year?

Own a dog

I've wanted a dog for twenty years. That's a long time to want something but never to get it. I like pretty much all animals, I can't actually think of one I dislike (they're better than humans really) but up there at the top of my list along with the horse is the dog. My dream is to own a retired greyhound or two in the future, it's a long way off at the moment but one day I'll get a dog.

What I'm thankful for #3

Better late than never for this post, I've been so busy this weekend that I'm only now getting around to writing it. This week has felt long but I've had a really good weekend.

Good friends who like good chat

Dancing
Getting to organise events for a living
New jewellery (the photo above shows the necklace I bought today)
Tulips

Have a good week everyone!
